Android gets our advanced Twitter Search : Jetdroid

We are proud to announce that we’ve released an Android application for our Twitter Search Service.

As on jetwick.com you can sort by retweets, filter by date and more. You can also monitor a search and be notified by your smartphone when new tweets come in.

Twitter Search Jetwick

Today we are pleased to annouce our advanced open source twitter search called Jetwick!

With Jetwick you can search twitter in a much more advanced way than elsewhere. We hope to make it easier to find the information you need, instead of reading through a lot of noise! You can filter tweets for a certain date, language and user and navigate through keywords:

Here is an example of how it looks if you searched for ‘wikileaks’ and filtered the results by date (9th August) and language (German):

Another example is how you can search through any users’ tweets which are stored in Jetwick:

The more a user is requested (based on search queries) the more tweets of him you can find on Jetwick. So come back some minutes later, if you searched a user and didn’t get the expected results.

We have a bunch more ideas but we want to publish Jetwick in this early state to improve Jetwick in the direction you want it!
